Few years back, if I called my friend in the office, the one answered told me that he was on the meeting. But now, I often got a response that he is on web conferencing. I think nowadays, web conferencing becoming so popular in the corporate industry.
Web conferencing is an effective way to reduce the cost of communication especially when the persons attending the conference are in different countries. Even if they are in the same city but different offices, web conferencing is considered as time effective. The attendees do not have to spend time in travel and traffic.
With the internet connection are becoming faster and affordable, the benefits of web conferencing becoming more feasible. No more delays like before anymore. More people can attend on the online meeting. Lastly, the meeting can be recorded for minutes of meeting.
